We are looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Instructor to work with our residential and activity groups.

If you are fun and hardworking and are looking to work in one of Kents premier outdoor centres - this could be your ideal role.


Preferably, you will have at least one NGB Instructor qualifications, but we also offer training and CPD above and beyond your average employer.

We employ the person and then give them the skills necessary.

Every day is different, so whether you climb, sail. paddle or ride - we would like to hear from you.
