About The Role:

The People Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality, responsive people operations administrative and advisory support to ensure our systems and processes are well managed and to provide support on day to day people ops issues.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations Business Partner you will work in a collaborative team that requires a confident and pragmatic approach where the ability to develop positive working relationships across the business is key.

This is a hybrid working, full time role, and will require weekly travel to the Leeds office with the occasional visit to our other offices nationwide.

Key Accountabilities include:

Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process of both our permanent team and our contractor team ensuring data integrity and accuracy in the HR systems by carrying out regular audit checks.
Supporting the daytoday management of our learning management platform to ensure its effectiveness and ensuring compliance
Coordination and support of our performance review processes
Organisation of our internal and external training programs and initiatives
Managing internal queries, ensuring individuals receive a timely response from the relevant person in the team
Supporting the ongoing development of a progressive and positive culture increasing levels of engagement, enablement and retention through the planning and organisation of engagement events
Supporting the development and management of a people analytics capability
matrix through reporting to deliver insights that can support datadriven decision making to improve processes
Collaborating on people projects and initiatives to improve overall organisational effectiveness and contributing to the continuous improvement of people processes and procedures.

Skills and experience that you need:

Demonstrable strong administrative and organisational experience to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative team
Excellent communication skills with evidence of having engaged with stakeholders to provide high quality advice and guidance, preferably in a HR capacity
Organised and able to prioritise effectively with strong attention to detail, including multitasking and problem solving
A dynamic, cando and pragmatic approach as we continue to growing at pace
