The Role
You will be responsible for processing Business Customer Orders and provide support for the sales activities in the Sales organisation


Role Responsibilities:


Pre-Sales Support

  • Collate order information packs and ensure that necessary quality standard and requirements are all fulfilled
  • Liaise with Sales Manager and Administrators to clarify potential open questions of requirements and orders

Order Processing

  • Input orders using Jungheinrich IT systems (i.e. SAP, C4C, CRM on premise)
  • Liaising with the factories to clarify open questions and determine concrete lead times
  • Coordination and creation of purchase orders with potential 3rd party/UK suppliers
  • Check order confirmations and related documents from factories/ 3rd party suppliers for specification and pricing discrepancies
  • Process goodin using Jungheinrich IT systems (i.e. SAP, C4C, CRM on premise)
  • Creating and maintain order book via spreadsheets (i.e. Excel)
  • Close processed orders with invoicing creation to customer

Logistic processes support (Deliveries and Collections)

  • Coordinating with transport partner delivery of equipment to local end customer or central Jungheinrich HUB
  • Coordinating collections of returning equipment from customer sites to central Jungheinrich HUB or alternative locations

General

  • Communicate relevant information to other departments
  • General office duties
  • Support and fulfilment of upcoming administrative tasks related to New Sales stock and Sales Order management
  • Regular customer interaction to coordinate deliveries, collections and invoicing queries
  • Support and react of adhoc request of the Head of Order Processing

Role Requirements:


  • You will also have an excellent level of education and IT skills. Experience with SAP and CRM systems would be desirable.
