Global scope/location, the position can be filled in any location where Arcadis has a legal entity.


Purpose:


Arcadis is currently implementing a transformation program called the Arcadis Way, with the aim to provide globally harmonized, best practice business processes and IT solutions to all Arcadis operating companies.

To support the Arcadis Way implementation across our countries, we are now looking for a hands-on Change Manager responsible for managing and executing the change strategy and plans for several Arcadis Way projects, among which Global Procurement and the Oracle Compensation Module.


Reporting lines:

This role reports to Change Lead - Arcadis Way.

  • Create transparency on the change readiness in the journey before golive
  • Ensure clear communication about AW program in the region

Profile requirements:


  • Proven ability to initiate, manage and execute change activities using a structured methodology and set of tools, preferably PROSCI.
  • Proven experience in managing largescale, complex change programs, related to implementing ERP (preferably Oracle).
  • Experience with transformational projects across a series of countries and cultures.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change.
  • Able and willing to understand the content of the project.
  • Highly organized and efficient with strong attention to detail.
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
