Description
The IT Department is responsible for delivering Information Technology to the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust. In addition, IT is responsible for delivering revenue generating IT services to other NHS organisations and private enterprises involved in the delivery of Healthcare

To coordinate and maintain smooth communication between the IT team, internal departments, senior management and external stakeholders

To produce and update programme plans that take account of multiple projects and dependencies that exist between them

To control and update the PMO programme documentation including Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and Project templates

To provide collect and collect information from programme and project boards to ensure a comprehensive overview of the Trust's programme project activity
