Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Birmingham. Who are recruiting an Executive Administrator on a full-time, temporary basis, this is a 12 month temporary contract.

Personality
Reward

  • Monday to Friday 35 hours per week between 8am 6pm
  • Overtime paid, £24.00p/h after 35 hours per week
  • Immaculate contemporary working space in city centre location
  • Opportunity to secure a permanent contract

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing up to 25 senior investment bankers
  • Diary and calendar management for bankers
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
  • Car bookings
  • Expense management and preparation
  • Invoice processing
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
  • Supporting teams in daytoday issues, needs and queries
  • Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues

Skills and experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Able to manage competing timesensitive priorities and tasks
  • Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
  • Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
