To be a successful Zuma Sommelier you would bring a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, an extensive wine knowledge and a hunger to learn.

The requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar highend restaurant as an Assistant Head Sommelier
  • WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
  • Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player
  • A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
