Description
We are an Insurance Approved body shop who have been well established for over 29 years.

We are an expanding company and recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Controller. and Vehicle Damage Assessor.

You will be responsible for a medium sized repair centre and manage the flow of work.

Ensuring Key to Key targets are met or exceeded.

Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets.


Duties:


  • To ensure the effectiveness of employees, providing support and when necessary
  • To ensure the body shop is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
  • To maximize the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner
  • To ensure all tools and machinery are kept in a good safe working order, cleaned and ready for functional purpose at the start of every working day
  • To identify opportunities for reducing waste/inefficiency or improving quality
  • To oversee the quality and integrity of all repairs

Requirements:


  • A full, valid UK driving license
  • Previous experience in a Bodyshop role with VDA experience with Audatex.
You will be reporting to the Bodyshop Business Manager.


Salary:
£31,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
