Description

Main duties as Field Service Engineer:

  • Responding to and completing service calls to coffee machines
  • Carry out all necessary repairs and services, ensure all machines are in good working order and reporting any major faults
  • Manager customer satisfaction throughout the full process
  • Continuously manage machine and part stock
  • Working with traditional machines and bean to cup

Required experience/qualifications:

  • Previous experience on coffee machines (1 year)
  • Previous experience on traditional and WMF equipment
  • Full UK drivers licence
