What You'll Be Doing:


As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored product or service recommendations
  • Conducting various sales methods including doortodoor, cold calling, presentations, and webinars to convert prospects into customers
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients while pitching sales to new prospects
  • Preparing quotes, retaining existing clients, and upselling products or services as needed
  • Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure product requirements are met and proposals are generated
  • Participating in local branch meetings of trade organisations to network and build industry connections
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

Skills Needed:


To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a related role, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
  • Selfmotivation and a resultsdriven approach to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to core sales duties, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Attending exhibitions, shows, and speaking events to showcase our products and services
  • Exceeding sales targets and goals through proactive selling techniques
  • Working closely with business development representatives and marketers to access necessary sales materials
  • Providing regular KPI updates against planned sales targets and logging all CRM activity for data accuracy
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Recruitment process:


  • Following the video call, if selected we will invite you to do a more technical assessment/test
  • If successful, there will be an final interview with our team.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
