What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored product or service recommendations
- Conducting various sales methods including doortodoor, cold calling, presentations, and webinars to convert prospects into customers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients while pitching sales to new prospects
- Preparing quotes, retaining existing clients, and upselling products or services as needed
- Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure product requirements are met and proposals are generated
- Participating in local branch meetings of trade organisations to network and build industry connections
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Skills Needed:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role, demonstrating a track record of success
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
- Selfmotivation and a resultsdriven approach to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to core sales duties, you'll also be responsible for:
- Attending exhibitions, shows, and speaking events to showcase our products and services
- Exceeding sales targets and goals through proactive selling techniques
- Working closely with business development representatives and marketers to access necessary sales materials
- Providing regular KPI updates against planned sales targets and logging all CRM activity for data accuracy
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Recruitment process:

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
