We are looking for a
Programme Advisor to join a central University of Oxford department.

As a Programme Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective applicants and promoting our executive education programmes.

This is a 12-week assignment, with a pay rate of £17.02 per hour, working 37.5 hours per week. The start date is ASAP.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct consultative conversations with prospective applicants
  • Conduct telephone calls to explore the development needs of prospective applicants
  • Present our executive programmes at networking or external events
  • Initiate business development and recruitment campaigns
  • Use social media to raise the profile of programmes
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with Faculty, Programme Directors, and Administrators
  • Organise, promote, and attend events
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Alumni
  • Complete regular competitor analysis
  • Prepare recruitment reports
  • Use own initiative to resolve problems

Selection Criteria:


  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record of success in a customerfacing role
  • Proven ability to work to meet targets in a focused way
  • Firstrate interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for meeting people and crosscultural awareness
  • Experience of using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven IT, administrative, and organisational skills
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent business awareness and commercial acumen
