Client Details
The organisation is a Bradford based charity operating to support the local community. Looking for an Administrator to join the bubbly and busy team in this brand new role.


Description
The responsibilities of the Administrator include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting with general Administration of the office
  • Adhoc administration
  • Set up and maintain systems for managing and monitoring all aspects of service user files.
  • Ensuring IT policies and procedures are followed and up to date.
  • Produce management reports and statistics and support with any administration duties as require.
  • Monitor agreements and contracts and ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Ensure service user funding is regularly reviewed and all information is kept up to date.
  • Attend meetings as required and support the management team.
  • Manage dairies, book appointments, input data, answer the office phone.

Profile

  • Experience in an administration/ Business support
  • Well organised and detail oriented
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
  • A people person we're a friendly bunch here

Job Offer

  • Salary between £20,000 £23,000
  • Generous holiday allowance and benefits
