Administrative Assistant40 hours a week (9am-5pm)
£25,000
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our head office team in Hadleigh, Essex.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for organising and auditing staff files, conducting DBS checks, and managing reference requests.
Additionally, you will be in charge of updating Right to Work spreadsheets, tracking visas, and handling various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and audit staff files
- Conduct DBS checks
- Send and chase references
- Update the Right to Work spreadsheet and track visas
- File and maintain documents
- Scan and copy documents as needed
- Take meeting notes and type them up
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms
- Perform data entry tasks
- Coordinate and book workmen for health and safety checks in our supported living houses for example gas safety, PAT Testing, Electrical safety certs and fire checks
- Assist with sending mailshots
- Order stationery and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Conduct stock checks
- Collate and manage orders for supported living houses
- Provide support to the compliance team with audits
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
