Responsibilities will include:
- To maintain bookkeeping and accounting
- To maintain data entry in Sage 50 or any other software necessary
- To keep up to date with bank reconciliation
- To maintain cash book and petty cash book
- To prepare invoices for all UFP students
- To match and code invoices
- To collect and track fee payments
- To maintain credit control
- To manage standing orders/direct debits
- To process expense claims
- To maintain the ledger management
- To deal with internal and external queries
- To prepare a yearly management account
- To assist with employee payroll
- To prepare regular reports for all Directors
Skills and attributes:
- High level of spoken and written English
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
