Our Geiger UK team is growing and adding a Programmes Coordinator.

  • The Customer Service Coordinator will provide customer service support to program customers and support other departmental operations.

What you will do:


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manual order entry $ orders


  • Make and Receive

  • In and outbound calls to customers
- liaising with the warehouse

  • Ensure Customer orders are dispatched on time
  • Correspond with customers regarding tracking/order status updates
  • Ensure GDPR rules are followed
  • Carryout targets and review
  • Ensure the correct department procedures are always followed
  • Ensure paperwork is stored correctly
  • Open and close all Computer systems used
  • Assist with the achievement of Department targets
  • Adhere to all company and client recycling policies
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with coworkers and management
Perform other related duties as assigned.


What you will need:


  • General schooling
  • The ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Great attentive to details
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communicate
  • The ability to multitask is a must
  • Tech Savvy


Looking for someone to work part-time Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm; however flexible if someone wants to work 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

25 to 30 hours per week.
