Our Geiger UK team is growing and adding a Programmes Coordinator.- The Customer Service Coordinator will provide customer service support to program customers and support other departmental operations.
What you will do:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manual order entry $ orders
- Make and Receive
- In and outbound calls to customers
- Ensure Customer orders are dispatched on time
- Correspond with customers regarding tracking/order status updates
- Ensure GDPR rules are followed
- Carryout targets and review
- Ensure the correct department procedures are always followed
- Ensure paperwork is stored correctly
- Open and close all Computer systems used
- Assist with the achievement of Department targets
- Adhere to all company and client recycling policies
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with coworkers and management
What you will need:
- General schooling
- The ability to use Microsoft Office
- Great attentive to details
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communicate
- The ability to multitask is a must
- Tech Savvy
Looking for someone to work part-time Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm; however flexible if someone wants to work 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
