Through their 30-year history, they have grown organically and throughacquisition. Their diverse business portfolio positions them well for further profitable growth at a rapid pace globally.


As a result of continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Customer Contact to join their leadership team in Ireland.

You would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customer facing teams within the Account Managementand Customer Service Functions driving the outbound contact strategy into existing customers to deliver volume and margin targets for the region.


As Head of Customer Contact Ireland, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management and personal development to a number of teams through mentoring, strong leadership and being the go to person.

You will be responsible for building a best inindustry customer experience during any Customer contact points, ensuring a positive customer experience is provided on every contact while maintaining a professional and fun working environment.

If you have people management experience with a proven track record of engaging teams to deliver results and at least 5 years' experience of managing a telesales operational team, within a busy sales contact environment, then we would like to hear from you
