Research Director - PR Agency - London - £90,000
Join a fast-growing, insight-led agency and help clients tackle their biggest challenges through innovative research and storytelling.

Lead on quantitative and qualitative projects for clients in strategic communications and reputation management and play a leadership role within the team.

Help clients identify and define their strategic positioning, narrative and communications strategy and innovate on behalf of clients and the team.

  • Play a key role in shaping clients' strategic communications and reputation by leading on both qualitative and quantitative projects.
  • Help lead, manage, and develop younger members within the team

The Job

As the Research Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on quantitative & qualitative research projects such as discussion guides, quantitative questionnaires, in depth interview and focus groups
  • Lead on new business pitches and grow existing client briefs
  • Develop communication strategies rooted in audience insight
  • Communicate research results and insights in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Play a leading role in the management of the wider team

You

  • Extensive experience working in a research agency/media agency
  • Experience managing qualitative & quantitative research projects
  • Excellent time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
