ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Processing monthly and weekly payrolls


  • Sales Ledger

  • Invoicing of all nonrent debts
  • Cash Book processing all income and performing bank reconciliations


  • Purchase ledger

  • Posting invoices, matching to approvals and processing payments
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts for payroll, purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Analysis and statutory reporting of the trade creditors, trade debtors and payroll for
  • Processing expense claims
  • Administration of direct debits
  • Administration of the allpay system
  • Processing adjustments
  • Administration of utility invoicing
  • Administration for company vehicles
  • Administration of receipts
  • Administration of service charges
  • Administration of Intercompany Recharges
  • Cover of credit control in finance administrators absence
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
