An experienced
Repairs and Modernisation Administrator is needed by a reputable lift company in Central London for
Maternity Cover 9-12 months, to help with tasks in the NI/Mods and Repairs Department.
- Logging jobs on Protean system and allocating to appropriate engineers
- Raising invoices, purchase orders and quotations
- Taking calls and answering queries
- Booking projects
- Liaising with suppliers and clients on a daily basis
- Ordering parts, taking deliveries from suppliers, and sorting parts for engineers.
- Allocating jobs and sending job sheets to engineers
- Creating work programs
- Project costing (costing projection and costing when the projects are completed)
- Managing department inbox and dealing with new jobs and other queries
- Booking couriers and hotels when necessary
- To provide weekly updates, job status and reports to clients.
- Create repair reports to be issued to clients.
- Issue RAMS for Repairs
- Supporting H&S with O&M for Modernisation
- Maintaining client platforms.
- Other adhoc duties

Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Knowledge on Protean system desirable
- The right attitude to be an integral part of a growing company
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate production of documentations.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent IT skills including being competent with Microsoft package including Projects
- Experience of supporting staff at a senior level
