Full Time | 37.5 Hours | Monday to Friday |9.00am to 5.00pm


Reports To:
Service Desk Manager

Tailored Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Service Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team.


We are an award-winning Fire and Security company with impressive year on year growth and due to the expansion of our service department we are looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator to join the team.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation with upcoming projects you will be an integral part of the team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure all jobs and call outs are processed and logged to the engineer in a timely fashion.

Interface with customers and respond accordingly as required ensuring good service.

Maintain and update schedules as required and ensure work is programmed and completed within timeframe.

Processing completed service and call out jobs for invoice.

Daily high-level job chasing

Ordering of equipment required following reactive attendance

Any other Ad-hoc administration


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Excellent organisational skills.

Self-motivated and pro-active, amicable and adaptable

Accuracy and attention to detail

Calm and focused under pressure

The ability to work as part of a team

Strong communication skills

Computer literate with strong word and excel experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oldham, OL9 9XB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
