Employment Services - HRSC Advisor

Grade 05 £ £25,119

Full Time Permanent

To be part of the HR & OD team to undertake a comprehensive range of human resources activities within the Employment Services service centre.

To act as the first point of contact for hr enquiries on a range of HR policies and procedures from employees, managers and Head teachers.

This will also include producing accurate and consistent contractual documentation to agreed standards and templates, carrying out a range of pre-employment checks.

The post holder will be expected to work to an allocated and varied workload, but be able to work flexibly and re-prioritise their work according to deadlines.

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate an excellent customer focus approach, have good problem solving skills and be able to work as part of a team.
