KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • 3+ years as a Senior or Lead Statistician in clinical research.
  • Profound understanding of statistical principles in clinical research.
  • Strong communication skills for successful collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Effective project coordination, time management, and team management skills.
  • Experience in protocol interpretation, research requirements determination, and development of statistical analysis strategies.
  • Familiarity with SAS programming language.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Advanced project oversight, planning, and delivery from a Statistical perspective.
  • Development and management of Biometrics documentation, including SAP, Randomisation Specifications, and Statistical Reports.
  • Input into Protocol, CSR, Study Design, and Sample Size Calculations.
  • Define and discuss complex statistical methods with the study team.
  • Mentor and train junior statisticians and programmers.
  • Provide oversight of the statistics team.
  • Contribute to department quality processes and system improvements.
  • Support ongoing training and development of the Statistics team.
