Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting with deliveries and goods to be sent out for clients and suppliers
  • Follow up clients' requests on the status of the repairs
  • Providing a high level of customer service, dealing with sometimes complex requests
  • Problem solving through managing complaints and the clients' expectations by proactively finding solutions in order to quickly and efficiently resolve the case in hand, whilst also being able to satisfy the client, meeting the business objectives
  • Covering front of house role, answering calls, and providing a meet and greet service
  • Offering clients a reasonable solution to the problem including handling their requests, providing product care advices
  • Managing product estimations for repairs and liaising with clientele to find meet the desired outcome
  • Undertaking regular quality control checks
  • Managing the administration process such as clients requests relating to insurance and valuations
Key Requirements

  • Logistic background strongly preferred
  • At least 1+ years of previous experience within the back office area or similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to cope within a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team working spirit
  • Open to new challenges and willingness to adapt to accommodate the need of the business
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
