Description

Upwards Care Solutions are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic new Support Workers to join our busy team. We are a 16+ provider with homes across the North of England - Manchester, Crewe and Hull. All our homes are group properties which are home to 3-4 Young People with 24/7 staff support. You will be expected to live-in the property with the Young People for 2 weeks at a time.

You will then have 1-2 weeks off, depending on the rota before you are back in for another 2-week shift.

All of our homes are beautifully finished, and you will have our own bedroom.

You will have:

Good IT skills
Enhanced DBS including children's barred list
NVQ Level 3 Health and Social care or working towards it
Excellent communication skills
Support worker experience
Previous experience writing reports and attention to detail

Pattern :
Live in 2 weeks on 1 week off

Salary:
£775.00 per week
