2nd Line Desktop Field Engineer
If you are a quick thinking and energetic Deskside Support Analyst looking for a new challenge, this role could be for you

About you

Your Responsibilities

Providing remote and deskside support across multiple sites in the South West of England.
Involved in desktop and laptop build process.
Review the audio visual function and provide support and improvements.

You will act as the sole Engineer in the Bristol offices, also covering other smaller sites across the Southwest of England.

Technical skills required

Office 36
Microsoft Active Directory administration
Exchange administration
Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android devices & Microsoft InTune MDM
Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFD's (multifunction devices), PC's and all peripheral items
Citrix 7.x
Windows 10 Desktop
SCCM

On top of the basic pay, you will receive £4500 car allowance, and all petrol expenses paid.

Driving license and own car is essential for this role.

Salary:
£32, ,000 depending on experience

Location - 5 days onsite (Bristol and other offices in the South West of England)
