Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for internal/external reporting on commercial real estate loans and nonperforming loans.
  • Help the team lead in managing the client relationship and managing more junior team members.
  • Take ownership for running the regular reporting cycles and internal data management processes.
  • Actively participate in/take responsibility for driving change to enhance system infrastructure and processes in collaboration with stake holders/IT teams to improve data quality and data management processes.
  • Participate in and/or take ownership of adhoc internal data requests/projects as required.

Requirements:


  • Experience in real estate debt.
  • Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced level ability of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data management, data quality assurance and reconciliation are a plus.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills and must work well within a small team.
