Park's Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Supervisor to join our Park's KIA and Park's Peugeot branches.

If you are a self-motivated team leader and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.

To be successful you will:

Have senior parts advisor or supervisory experience
Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties
Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives
Be able to align your team's goals with the company's overall objectives
Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Be IT literate (knowledge of CDK would be an advantage)
Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible
Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park's management team
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A full clean driving license is also desirable
