We are seeking a Supervisor to work on our contracts in the Bath & surrounding areas.

The Opportunity Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance Motivation and guidance of the able workforce of the Service Delivery Team Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness Proactively leading by example, especially in H&S issues Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce, Maintaining workforce discipline Complete necessary daily check sheets and paperwork involved with the smooth running of operations.
