Primary Teaching Assistant


Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a
full-time Teaching Assistant to work across the
Vale of Glamorgan (Barry & Penarth), within our different partner primary schools.

**The opportunity: - Offers flexibility and choice

Each week, Teaching Personnel work with partner primary schools across the Vale that need additional Teaching Assistant cover across primary key stages (i.e., covering sickness, course cover and so on).

If you are looking to gain more experience within theeducation sector, or experience flexibility and variety within your work, then this would be a great option for you

**Requirements: - Experience working with/supporting children (informally or professionally)

  • Ability to be flexible, resilient, and positive
  • A childonly DBS on the update service (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)
  • EWC registration (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)
  • Two professional references (ideally, from where you have worked with children)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
