Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Conduct fieldwork to study plant and animal species in various ecosystems
  • Analyze data collected from fieldwork and experiments
  • Use software such as AutoCAD, QGIS, and ArcGIS for mapping and analysis
  • Collaborate with other team members on research projects
  • Prepare reports and presentations on ecological findings
  • Assist in laboratory experiments related to ecology

Skills:


  • Proficiency in data analysis skills for interpreting ecological data
  • Experience with software tools like AutoCAD, QGIS, and ArcGIS for mapping purposes
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus
  • Strong background in scientific research methodologies
  • Mechanical knowledge for fieldwork equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently when required
