Our specialty is large-scale housing projects where we work closely with clients to provide self-delivery solutions to reduce risk and increase efficiency on site.

Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to work for a local organisation who are currently recruiting for an HSEQT Administrator, we are looking for an individual who has a great work ethic and able to adapt to different and challenging work environments.

You will assist the Health & Safety Co-ordinator with the following:

• Ensuring the Excel training matrix for 600+ operatives is updated on a daily basis.
• Sending out CSCS/CPCS reminders
• Assisting in organising and coordinating intraining for site staff.
• Assisting the HSEQT department with all associated administration.
• Help process new starters and induction paperwork. _(Company Inductions
• Optional)_
• Document and file safety paper work.
• Assist with leavers and training charges
• Complete orders for PPE stock and signage
• Assist with company attendance systems
• Comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment.
• Working to strict deadlines.
• Microsoft proficient
• Well organised and of smart appearance.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Confident communicator
• Able to work independently as part of a team

Although previous experience is desirable on the job training will be provided

£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
