Description
You will be responsible for supporting the facilitation of behavioural assessments via both direct and indirect recording methods, and a variety of skill development programs.
You will support teams to be to improve the density, variety and quality of activities a person is engaged in, with the overarching aim to improve the person's quality of life.
We are looking for creative and organised individuals who are able to work flexibility alongside existing staff teams and on their own.
It is vital the person has a good understanding of the values, theories, evidence base, and processes of PBS and Applied Behaviour Analysis.
You must have at least 2 years of experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, and a full driving licence.
