ABOUT THE ROLE


We're looking for a Client Services Executive to join our Sales team, and will play a crucial role in delivering on our Distribution Partnerships.

This role requires a driven, results-oriented person with excellent communication abilities.

You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with sales teams inside our core Distribution Partners, empowering them to achieve their business objectives using Ocean Bottle Products.

Success looks like,

Contributing to the overall growth of key accounts by understanding their needs

Tailoring support services to meet the specific needs and expectations of key accounts.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of key account interactions and providing regular updates

Providing training and support resources to key accounts


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your core areas of focus across the organisation will be:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their business goals and objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients teams, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with the Ocean Bottle sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to client onboarding.

Provide product knowledge and training to key clients


Collaborate with the Key account manager to monitor and evaluate key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.


Act as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring that their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant teams.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver a unified client experience.

Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from key accounts.


Support Key account manager on regular check-ins and business reviews with key clients to assess their satisfaction and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team on renewals and contract negotiations, ensuring a smooth and successful process.

Convert partners and their networks into Ocean Health Advocates


WHAT YOU'LL GET
We're looking to pay a starting salary of £34,000 OTE for this role, depending on experience.
