Customer Service Supervisor

£25,270 - £27,499 per annum

As Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Customer Service Advisors across the Learning Quarter.

You will work with the Executive Support Manager to develop and improve customer services at front of house locations throughout the Learning Quarter.


You will work as part of a proactive team who provide a professional and informative customer service function to all enquirers, users and visitors to the college.

You will be required to work flexibly as necessary at college receptions, other front of house locations, switchboard and events at college sites and other venues.
