Purpose of the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Finance - _General_
- To handle queries from clients relating to the Finance function;
- To appropriately record and closeoff/escalate all issues arising from the Finance function in the appropriate manner
- Payroll_
- To maintain appropriate records for payroll purposes;
- To manage commission records for Recruitment staff
- To keep the payroll database up to date on a weekly basis
- To manage the banking details of Doctors
- Accounts_
- To complete and submit invoices weekly to clients;
- To maintain appropriate records for accounts purposes
- To develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- General Duties_
- To project a professional image in all aspects of personal presentation;
- To assist with adhoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required;
- To provide support to other parts of the company5 as directed;
- To adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes;
- To make recommendations to the Finance Team Leader concerning potential improvements to company procedures and standards.
- To perform any other reasonable tasks or duties from time to time as requested by management.
PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION
- Essential requirements:_
- 3 GCSE passes (A-C) or equivalent, to include English Language.
- One year's previous experience in a Finance role.
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
- A strong appreciation of good customer care. Displays excellent customer service at all times.
- Demonstrable evidence of effective teamwork; values team working and adopts a collaborative approach to the achievement of team objectives.
- Good organisational and time management skills to include the ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Selfmotivated and committed to selfdevelopment
- Desirable requirements:_
- Thirdlevel education qualification
- Two year's previous experience in a Finance role
- Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
