Customer Service Administrator - About The Role
- Manage and process customer orders and quotations.
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will be/ have:
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service support experience 1 yr minimum.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Resultsdriven.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stay calm and focussed under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast learner.
- Engaging personality.
- Problemsolver.

- Good keyboarding/type speed.

Customer Service Administrator - Benefits
