Personal Assistant

Melbourn, Royston

Part time / Permanent
I am a young woman, with a diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy, living at home with my parents. I require support will all activities of daily living from my personal assistants.

I am looking a caring and reliable individual to join my small support team. You will be required to provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, suctioning and social support. As part of the role, you may also be required to support me to access the community.


Hourly rates:
The rate of pay is
£12.00 Per hour

Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday is awarded per year as standard (pro rata for part time positions).


Training:

Experience with suctioning and tracheostomy care would be preferable, but it is not essential as an excellent training package is available to ensure you are trained to the highest standards.

Working as part of the Solo Support Services organisation will also give you access to a supportive company who promote person centered practice.
