JOB DESCRIPTION


We are seeking to recruit an office administration assistant to join our team at our Upminster Office / Showroom to carry out daily office duties and activities.


THE ROLE

  • Supporting the day to day running of the office within the existing team.
  • General Administration Duties.
  • Booking / Completing Annual Maintenance Visits, Service and breakdowns Visits documenting to Alarm Manager Program.
  • Create and update customer Records with accuracy and validity of information adding to our Alarm Manager Program.
  • Assisting in managing the engineers' diaries, allocating jobs to engineers through our Alarm Manager Program.
  • Support all other staff members working as a team.
  • Assist in the process of setting up quotations and booking site surveys. Allocating Jobs to surveyors.
  • You will be asked to carry out any other office duties that may occur due to change in office procedures.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is required with knowledge of Xero Accounting program.
  • Ability to work in a Team and on your own initiative prioritizing tasks. Be able to work well under pressure.
  • Good Telephone Manner and customer service skill is essential.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
