About You:


  • You will hold a nationally recognised Level 3 training qualification as well as a recognised assessor/verification qualification (e.g. D32/33/34, A1/V1, IQA, CAVA)
  • Experience of delivering mental health and wellbeing courses to a high standard and to a diverse customer base
  • You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of training procedures and protocols (quality assurance)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Good levels of IT literacy with experience of delivery of learning using digital platforms

About The Role:


  • Deliver mental health and wellbeing training courses to a high standard. Conduct assessments as required by the awarding body and other standards setters, including the completion and submission of all relevant documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support continuous improvement plans for Mental Health and Wellbeing by participating as required in review sessions with stakeholders along with the Mental Health Training Partners, National Training Manager and Head of Mental Health Training.
  • Maintain and build competency by undertaking relevant upskilling to be able to deliver evolving and additional training across a diverse delivery model
  • Conduct peer to peer training observations and IQA observations (if applicable) observations as required, including across other internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and delivery of new mental health and wellbeing products which may include piloting new initiatives using a range of appropriate delivery methods, processes and working across other areas of the organisation
