*Clinical Lead Nurse**FULL TIME, PERMANENT ROLE**£21-22ph**Tezlom* are looking for a *Clinical Nurse* for an exciting new opportunity to work at a '*GOOD*' rated 93 bedded care home in *Chester. Please note you will only be based on one unit.

As a *Clinical RGN/RMN* you will assist the Nurse on site whilst also completing one supernumerary shift per week. This home provides Nursing, Dementia and Mental Health care.

We are looking for someone who will work on the floor as a Senior Nurse and occasionally support the manager with office and supernumerary work.

The Care home is passionate about supporting the needs of the residents and delivering high quality care is always at the forefront of everything they do and forms a strong part of their ethos.

Roles and Responsibilities Required:

Supporting the manager with the day to day running of the home, and at times stepping up in their absence.
Conducting appraisals, disciplinaries and managing rotas.
Working closely with the residents, including their care plans and overall needs.

Experience Required:
- *Qualified Nurse
