What you'll do:

With a tech-agnostic approach, you can put your programming skills in the likes of either Python, Java or Scala to great use here along with your experience with a major cloud data platform, whether that's with Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks.

Senior Data Engineers in this team will be 100% technically hands-on, leveraging your existing technical skills to design and develop data solutions at scale.

Lead Data Engineers will have existing leadership experience and will be able to relay that into about a 70/30 split between technical contribution and supporting your team with development best practices.

What you'll have:

Strong experience in either Python, Scala or Java
Strong experience in the likes of AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of ETL/ELT design and development
Knowledge of testing & experience with CI/CD

Lead Data Engineers will have the above along with experience of technical leadership and people management.

What you'll receive:

- £70-100,000 base salary

Hybrid working from offices in Birmingham or Leeds
5% pension

Interview process is two stages with NO take home technical task. Due to the nature of the work, you'll need to be eligible for SC clearance or hold clearance already.
