What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Front of house, meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
  • Ensuring that signing in procedures are followed.
  • Answering the telephone and making sure that it is directed to the appropriate colleague.
  • Dealing with the post. Incoming and outgoing.
  • Supporting team members with admin tasks.
  • Working with the team at the end of day to ensure the office is closed following procedures.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve the level 2 customer service practitioner qualification.
  • There are workshops that you will need to attend
  • You will have a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis.
  • In house training will be given to support specifics of the role.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • There will be the opportunity for further development and progression to the level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

£4.91-£9.50 per hour
