Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage clients
- Work alongside other office staff and managers to ensure the quality of care delivered to our clients
- Supervise carers
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- Train and mentor field staff on procedures and techniques.
- Monitor the performance of field staff and provide feedback as needed.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the field.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and adequately maintained.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate activities.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
