DUTIES

  • Develop relationships with employers to identify suitable vacancies for learners
  • Engage with businesses to understand their recruitment needs and provide training solutions
  • Use a wide range of sourcing techniques focusing on a strategy to attract learners into the right role
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment processes creating a framework for future recruitment activity
  • Arrange and attend interviews where appropriate, providing support to the hiring managers
  • Advise and update job descriptions where appropriate
  • Advise and support learners with their CVs and Social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Attend Networking events
  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy; ensuring the safety of all learners is paramount
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and Data Protection and Information Security Policy
  • Ensure the maintenance of confidentially and professionalism at all time
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company

  • It is essential that you have a commitment to behave in a way that meets our company values and that places the learner and their wellbeing at the heart of what you do.
  • Confident with business development and conducting a high volume of calls
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Must have a methodical approach and an 'eye for detail', organisation skills and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to influence and provide effective learner solutions
  • Driven by results, balanced with a real people focus and desire to provide quality IAG to ensure the best outcome for the learner
  • Experience within a Recruitment / Sales role
  • It would be great if you have previously worked in education setting whilst being responsible for recruitment

Essential Criteria

  • Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. The successful applicant will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK. For this role, we will also carry out adverse media checks and also need to carry out a DBS check and will ask information related to previous convictions if you are shortlisted for interview.
