Are you looking for a full time cleaning role?
Our client, dealing with Inpatient mental health services based in St. Albans, is currently recruiting for cleaners to work within the site. No experience necessary as full training and induction will be provided. You will be working 5 shifts over 7 so weekend availability is essential due to rota. DBS check will be carried out due to nature of role. Possible permanent opportunity after qualifying period of 12 weeks.


Main duties will include:


  • Cleaning of residential areas across the departments
  • Cleaning of communal areas and patients roles when they are vacant.
  • Ensuring high standards of cleaning within the clinical and nonclinical areas of the hospital. All areas are to be cleaned to the prevailing standards.
  • Cleaning ward areas ensuring the environment is to the highest standard and that infection risks are kept to a minimum. For example; high dusting, damp dusting, floor area, fixtures and fittings, low dusting

Hours of Work:


  • Shift 08:00 16:00

Pay Rates:


  • All hours worked Monday
  • Sunday are paid at £9.50 per hour PAYE
