Up to £70,000 Benefits: Company Car/Allowance, Pension and Healthcare**Autograph Recruitment are working with a specialist Civil Engineering contractor in South Wales who are looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their growing team.

The company who has been trading for many years a cover a broad range of schemes. Theseinclude Highways, Groundworks, Commercial and environmental projects across the UK.

The team led by the Construction Manager are looking for an experienced Project Manager ideally with highways experience to manage multiple projects across the Worcestershire and Midlands region.

You will play a key part of the management team and youwillensuring the successful delivery of projects valued from £500,000 to £10 Million, this will include managing on site teams, producing progress reports and involvement, risk assessments and supporting the pre constructions team with tenders.

In this role you will be working autonomously but you will also have the support from a well-establishedteam as and they offer continual development career progression and if desired the financial support with gaining further qualifications including charterships.

Responsibilities:

Tooversee projects in accordance with the clients specifications and to ensure client satisfaction
Plan resources and ensure any shortfalls / over re-sourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
Coordinate and manage any interface with other parts of the division
Ensure all personnel within your control including subcontractors work in accordance with the company policies, are trained, competent and aware and in particular work safely
Liaison with estimating to provide value engineering expertise, lessons learnt etc to allow the division to submit quality, competitive tenders to our clients

A BEng/BSc/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering

Experience of overseeing the site team and to ensure timely delivery of projects
An Engineering background
