Description
We are looking for an apprentice to join our hotel reception and hotel reservations team.

During your training you will complete a customer service qualification through performance through people.


Our reception is the heart of the hotel and our guests deserve the warmest welcome, efficient help throughout their stay and a friendly departure.


You should also be able to multi task and have a good ability to take on lots of information as you are also the point of call for all guests to the hotel, restaurant, spa and events.

A friendly warm manner is essential.


Reception roles can include early or late shifts, across the seven days of the week so this needs to suit your lifestyle.

This role is for a minimum 30 hours, 4 shifts a week and should take approximately 18 months to complete your qualification.

Salary:
From £5.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
