A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading national commercial firm for a Legal receptionist to join their firm located in Cardiff.


The role will see you provide high level excellent customer service to visitors, answering enquiries without supervision, answering all incoming calls to the firm, arranging hospitality, assisting with events and completing general administrative duties when required.

Daily duties include;
Quickly and efficiently deal with telephone calls
Take accurate messages
Greet and interact with visitors to the premises
Manage room and hospitality bookings
Set up meeting rooms
Arrange hospitality
Assisting at events
Diary management
Offer customer assistance wherever possible


To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate at least 12 months experience within a legal setting, be proactive, able to work with mínimal supervision and proven ability to prioritise tasks.
