This is an exciting time for our sexual health services in Herefordshire and we are looking for a forward thinking, innovative, enthusiastic person
- to join our fantastic team.

  • The Sexual Healthcare Support Worker/Receptionist
- incorporates
- a range of roles supporting our clinical team with patient care and comprehensive day to day administrative,
- clerical and reception work.

  • To work within our sexual health services, you need to have an openminded and nonjudgemental attitude as well as a good sense of humour. You should be able to cope with a demanding and busy role which has periods of business and times when things are more settled.
  • Having an interest in supporting people to access care is essential and you should have a positive attitude to making sure that patients have the best care experience when they access our services.

Due to the nature of our services, you will express empathy and show patients that you are respectful of their individual lifestyles and life choices.

Understanding the importance of confidentiality is key and appreciating that people access our services for a variety of reasons.

The clinic opens Monday to Friday from 9am in the morning, with two late evenings, finishing at 7:30pm and one early finish at 1:30pm.

You will work alongside our two other reception team in a rota to cover the working week, ensuring phone lines and reception are covered when the service is open.
