My Client is a global leader in the provision of advisory and transformation services across a range of industries and mid-large sector corporate clients.
Due to a fast growing order book and existing clients seeking their advisors to provide a competitiveedge, the Financial Services practice is seeking Managers to drive impactful transformation projects with clients, drive our ambitious growth agenda, support our people, and seek career progression.
The role is hybrid and can be based out of a number of offices across the UK.However, the client base is made up of clients in Capital Markets (FTSE, ); Retail & Investment Banking, Wealth & Asset Management; and Insurance, so the client work (site based)is largely in the City and the South East - and when delivering change around 50-70& of your time could be client-based.
As a Manager in the team, you will lead on business-critical engagements for clients.You will interface with clients at all levels of the organisation to help them solve some of their most challenging issues.
You'll help them define and execute change fromfront-to-back relating to a wide range of agendas, such as digital strategy, cost transformation, operational controls, regulatory change, and organisational re-structuring.
This could be in areas including:
- Design
- Delivery
- Implementation
- Modelling
- Risk & Regulatory
- Previous experience in financial services consulting or comparable experience driving transformation initiatives
- Strong track record in managing project delivery, with an ability to lead teams in the development and delivery of highquality output against project objectives to tight deadlines
- Previous experience and expertise in leading or assisting in the transformation of relevant capital markets processes, such as:
- Client onboarding and KYC / counterparty review processes
- Front office optimisation and digitisation
- Trade capture, validation, and confirmation
- Settlement and clearing processes
- Transaction reporting
- Previous experience relating to one or more of the following: digital strategy, frontoffice transformation, operating models, processreengineering, cost transformation, operational controls, operational resilience, regulatory change, organisational restructuringand/or techenabled business transformation
- Knowledge of a range of financial products (e.g., derivatives, equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and commodities) and industries (e.g., investment banking, brokerdealers, custody, fund administration, investment management)
